During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,under the strong leadership of the party and the government,various poverty alleviation tasks were successfully completed.my country has gradually solved the difficult problems of poverty alleviation for the poor and achieved decisive victory and historic achievements.Xiaochang County is a key poverty-stricken county at the national level,and Xiaowu Township is a key poverty-stricken mountainous township under the jurisdiction of Xiaochang County.Winning the battle against poverty has laid a solid foundation for the people to lead a well-off life in an all-round way.On the basis of the existing results,we will vigorously promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,thereby ensuring the sustainable and rapid development of poor villages and improving the masses Quality of Life.Effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization is an important issue in poor areas,especially how to combine their green resources and red cultural advantages in poor mountainous areas and old red areas to find a way to get rich is a research direction of great practical significance.This article attempts to combine the actual conditions and actual development needs of the target area from the perspective of rural tourism development.By investigating the current situation of rural tourism development in Xiaowu Township,Xiaochang County,it is found that Xiaowu Township,Xiaochang County has insufficient tourism product characteristics,poor supply quality,and tourism.The lagging infrastructure construction and other 6 aspects,through the competitiveness analysis of the tourism elements in the target area and the SWOT analysis of the current situation of rural tourism development in the destination,it is proposed to seize policy opportunities,build sports and leisure towns,and optimize the development path of industrial integration.,Strengthen brand promotion,create event media,and strengthen the infrastructure construction of scenic spots to optimize strategies in six aspects,in order to achieve farmers’ income increase,green development and protection,and explore ways to effectively use agricultural resources,and provide reference for other poor areas to achieve rural tourism development.This article is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the importance of rural tourism development.The second part is the conceptual definition and related theories of theoretical research.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of rural tourism development in Xiaowu Township,Xiaochang County.The fourth part focuses on the existence The question put forward coping strategies,the fifth part is the research conclusions and prospects.
