Research On R&D Management Of Big Data Products Of S Information Technology Company

In today’s digital information age,big data technology is widely used in all walks of life with its high concurrent processing capacity and comprehensive security assurance system.Government departments and enterprises at all levels are increasingly dependent on big data products,and pay more attention to them.Relevant science and technology enterprises are also gradually increasing their investment in big data product R&D and talent training,constantly improving their R&D management capabilities,and striving to consolidate and enhance their market competitiveness by taking advantage of the opportunities of this technological transformation.This paper analyzes and studies the status quo of big data product R&D management of S Information Technology Company,identifies the existing problems,and improves the overall R&D capability of S Information Technology Company’s big data products by formulating optimization plans and plan implementation safeguards that conform to the enterprise’s own characteristics.This paper first describes the development history and current situation of S information technology enterprise,and then introduces the current situation of big data product R&D management in five aspects: cross department collaboration of big data product R&D,R&D quality management mode,overall R&D management process,R&D performance management,and R&D cost management system.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method was used to conduct an actual investigation on the R&D team,identifying the problems in cross departmental communication and cooperation,product delivery quality,process design,performance management and cost management.And through the root cause analysis of the problem,find out the direction to solve the problem.With the help of R&D management theory,cross department collaboration of agile organizations,and R&D management process theory,an optimization plan for big data product R&D management was designed,including five optimization measures: building an agile organization,strengthening R&D quality management,improving R&D management process,and adjusting performance management and cost management systems.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation and execution of the optimization plan,the corresponding safeguard measures are proposed from the following aspects: ensuring the investment of R&D funds,strengthening managers’ awareness of big data product R&D management,improving the awareness of R&D quality,improving the human resources guarantee system,and establishing a scheme implementation supervision and feedback mechanism.The research content of this paper can not only promote the research and development management of big data products of S Information Technology Company,but also provide help and reference for the research and development management optimization of other enterprises in the industry.
