| With the continuous development and maturity of the computer industry,COMPANY A found its own limitations in management,especially in the compensation management.This research is mainly through A series of surveys to dig out the problems existing in A company’s salary management,and then put forward targeted solutions.This research design not only designs the strategic compensation system for A company,but also provides reference for the management of other enterprises’ strategic compensation system.The thinking of the study is based on A company pay the present situation of carding,and at the same time supplemented by questionnaire survey and interviews,found that the problems existing in the compensation system of A company,and then based on the strategic positioning of A company to develop the company’s human resources management strategy and compensation strategy,in human resources management strategy and compensation strategy under the guidance of,Put forward the solution measures for A company’s salary management.Finally,the effect of the implementation of the solution measures is investigated and evaluated,and the effectiveness of the solution measures is evaluated with the results of the investigation and evaluation.This study enriches the salary model,optimizes the salary mix,designs the job sequence,rank and salary grade for COMPANY A,standardizes the salary management system of company A,and provides suggestions for the implementation of the company’s strategic sal ary.Through this research,summarizes the following conclusions:first,must perfect the enterprise salary management system,salary management which can not be effectively:second,the enterprise must have a floating in the compensation combination of parts,and their job performance,can also be pegged to the department and the management benefit of the company as a whole,to reflect the compensation incentive.Three,the salary model should vary according to the position,different positions should adopt different salary model,it is best to combine the characteristics and nature of the position itself. |
