As an important content of human resource management,compensation management is one of the most important factors that affect the employee's behavior.Along with the development of management theory and practice,how to according to the target of the development strategy of the company,reasonable matching the corresponding human resources system and salary design,to motivate employees behavior,enterprise managers focus on problems.In this study,based on the theory of compensation management,combined with the current situation of A company's salary management,based on in-depth analysis and diagnosis,a set of compensation system in accordance with the development strategy of A company is designed.And through the implementation of the policy recommendations and the implementation of the assessment,for other enterprises pay management system design and implementation of the case for reference.The article is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the background,purpose and significance of the study,as well as domestic and foreign scholars on the results of salary management,and explain the research ideas,methods,logical structure and so on.The second part introduces the concept of compensation and compensation management,the theoretical basis of strategic compensation,as well as the differencebetween strategic compensation and traditional salary,etc..In the third part,the basic situation of a company are introduced in this paper,and through million questionnaire form on the company's salary management present situation has carried on the thorough analysis,and combing the current salary management system existence question and its reason.The fourth part is based on the current problems,under the guidance of relevant principles,based on job analysis and evaluation,the company's salary system were overall design,establishment of the company's development strategy is the basis of strategic compensation system.The fifth part from the salary management system and performance management system two aspects of the implementation of the recommendations,and the implementation of the effect of a brief assessment.The last part is the conclusion and Prospect of this study,which is the overall summary of the study and suggestions for further research.This study adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire investigation,case interviews,quantitative analysis method,key reference existing compensation management theories and achievements,combine a company's development strategy and compensation system,design a set with a firm characteristics and the strategic orientation of salary management system,in order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm ofthe staff and promote the corporate strategic development goals laid the foundation.
