| As we all know,in the modern enterprise management mode,the compensation and welfare management has become a very important module in the human resource management system.The existing large state-owned enterprises need to establish a scientific,reasonable and applicable salary and welfare management system to attract the core talents needed by enterprises and ensure that talents play a key role in enterprises.This paper takes state-owned enterprise B company as an example to study the compensation and welfare status after the reform of state-owned enterprises and the influencing factors of employee satisfaction with compensation and welfare.First of all,based on the analysis of the current situation of the compensation and benefits of Company B,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the compensation and benefits of Company B after the reform of state-owned enterprises,and summarizes the existing problems in the compensation and benefits of Company B’s employees:such as the low sense of fairness of compensation and benefits,the insufficient combination of compensation and benefits with performance,the insufficient flexibility of compensation and benefits projects,the old and rigid compensation and benefits system,etc.Secondly,this paper conducts an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of compensation and welfare satisfaction of Company B,conducts a questionnaire survey on the employees of Company B,and sorts out the four main factors affecting compensation and welfare satisfaction through regression,which are:fairness of compensation and welfare,performance integration of compensation and welfare,flexibility of compensation and welfare and flexibility of compensation and welfare.Finally,this study discussed the measures to improve the satisfaction of B Company’s employees’ compensation and benefits in the reform of state-owned enterprises,mainly including:professional teams to improve the fairness of compensation and benefits,implementing floating compensation and benefits based on performance,implementing flexible compensation and benefits to improve satisfaction,and improving the flexibility of the implementation of the compensation and benefits system.The research of this paper has a certain role in promoting the optimization of the compensation and welfare system under the background of the reform of state-owned enterprises.It is helpful to help Company B improve the compensation and welfare system,improve the satisfaction of employees’ compensation and welfare,stabilize the talent team,and promote the improvement of the core competitiveness of enterprises.It also has a certain reference significance for the reform of the compensation and welfare system of other state-owned enterprises. |
