The arrival of knowledge-based economy makes the competition among enterprises have gradually evolved into human resource competition. Compensation mechanism, as the key of human resource management, also occupies an extremely important status in enterprise management. Reasonable and effective compensation incentive mechanism not only can inspirit employees' potential, enhance their working enthusiasm, and enhance their loyalty to enterprise, but also can give very important theoretical guidance meaning and practical application value to the entire enterprise management.The Paper discusses compensation incentive theory, and applies the methods that the theory combines with the practice and the quality combines with quantity. According to analysis to the state-owned coal enterprise's compensation payment mechanism, the Paper summarizes the existing problems and reasons in the current compensation incentive mechanism. And on the basis of the characteristics inhered in the state-owned coal enterprises and the guide of salary incentive theory, the Paper establishes five kinds of incentive modes for the state-owned coal enterprise development, which are respectively: strategic customer-guided incentive mode, 3P based salary payment mode, the stock ownership incentive mode, EVA incentive mode and buffet type generalization welfare salary payment mode.At last the Paper takes S Mine in Shanxi Province Y Group as an example, analyzes and studies its current salary payment system, finds out the difficulties to fully exert incentive effect, applies the above five incentive modes, and creatively designs different compensation incentive systems for different levels employees to meet their different needs.
