| Building a harmonious society requires building a healthy enterprise organization that pays equal attention to enterprise performance,employee health and social benefits.Previous studies have paid more attention to the study of leadership style and enterprise performance,while ignoring the impact of leadership style on employee health and social benefits.A large number of studies on the relationship between leadership style and enterprise performance show that leadership style is significantly related to enterprise performance,and enterprise performance can be predicted by leadership style.However,there is no research to study enterprise performance,employee health and social benefits at the same time under the same enterprise background,and there is no literature to study the different influence directions and degrees of leadership style on enterprise performance,employee health and social benefits,so as to reveal its mechanism and establish a theoretical framework model.Based on previous studies,this paper studies the influence path and mechanism of dominance-prestige leadership style on organizational health mediated by organizational culture type and organizational identity,and reveals the regulatory role of leadership member exchange in the relationship between employee oriented organizational culture and organizational identity.Contribute to the construction of healthy enterprise organizations and a harmonious society.Questionnaire stars were used to compile questionnaires,distribute and collect relevant data.Taking 736 on-the-job employees of small enterprises with less than 100 people as the subjects,we used the dominance-prestige leadership style scale,the organizational culture type scale,the organizational identity scale,and the organizational health questionnaire.Spss26.0 and process3.4.1 were used for statistical analysis,mediation effect and regulation effect analysis.The analysis results are as follows:(1)Our analysis shows that the gender of the respondents has a significant impact on the mean difference of enterprise performance,employee health and organizational health;Job title has a significant impact on the mean difference of enterprise performance and organizational health;The nature of enterprises has a significant impact on the mean difference of enterprise performance variables.(2)The correlation analysis of research variables shows that prestige leadership,employee oriented organizational culture,organizational identity and organizational health are significantly positively correlated;Dominant leadership is significantly positively correlated with task oriented organizational culture,while dominant leadership is not significantly correlated with enterprise performance.Dominant leadership is significantly negatively correlated with employee health,social benefits,and organizational health.(3)Ours results show that dominant leadership style has a significant negative correlation with organizational health,in which task oriented organizational culture and organizational identity have a significant mediating effect;Prestige leadership style has a significant positive correlation with organizational health,and the mediating effect of employee oriented organizational culture and organizational identity is significant.(4)Moderating effect analysis shows that the leader member exchange can positively regulate the relationship between employee oriented organizational culture and organizational identity.Compared with the situation where the leader member exchange score is low,when the leader member exchange score is high,the employee oriented organizational culture has a higher score of organizational recognition.Based on the results of the analysis,,the following recommendations are drawn:(1)To further strengthen the research on the concept of organizational health,theoretical dimensions,measurement tools,and lay a foundation for the follow-up related research;The study of organizational health promotion mechanism should be actively advocated to further perfect and enrich the theoretical model,reveal its internal logic and path of realization,and provide reference for the construction of a harmonious socialist society.(2)Strengthen the research of dominance-prestige leadership style.Through the study of dominance-prestige leadership style theory and its correlation,enriches the leadership theory and reveals the more basic and lower internal logical relationship between leadership and organizational health,improve the effectiveness of leadership and promote social harmony. |
