No any commercial organization could escape fierce competition within the fierce competitive commercial environment,under which only endless innovation could lead to survival and development.It is of no doubt that an innovative enterprise could not be kept away from the influence from creative staffs,good environment and atmosphere for innovation and suitable for organizational development,and the personal charm as well as behaviors of leaders.Based on the retrospect of and reference to theories and tremendous documentary materials related to leadership styles,organizational creative atmosphere,employee's creativity,and organizational innovation,this article takes four most typical leadership methods to explore the different influences on organizational innovation as well as the interior mechanism of how leadership styles influence organizational innovation from the aspects of individuals and organizations so as to compare the uniqueness and distinctions of four kinds of leadership styles affecting organizational innovation.325 pieces of sample data had been obtained through multiple channels of investigation for testing the hypotheses of the researches.In addition,many statistical methods like factor analysis and structural equation model have been applied to conduct empirical analysis and examine the degree of reliability,validity,and fitting of the models,and the structural models have also been corrected and modified to some appropriate degree.The research has finally resulted in the following conclusions: Transformational leadership and servant leadership are of significant effect on organizational innovation,and the organizational innovation climate are also of very obvious positive effect on organizational innovation.Four types of leadership style have all produced direct positive effect on organizational innovation climate.Except that there is no significant direct positive relationship between transactional leadership and employee creativity,other variables are all of remarkable direct effect on employee creativity.It has been shown by indirect effect that organizational innovation climate has played a partial mediation's role between transformational leadership and organizational creativity and a full mediation's role among transactional leadership,patriarchal leadership,and organizational creativity.However,it is beyond the expectation of every one that Patriarchal leadership or transactional leadership had no significant influence on organizational creativity in addition that employee creativity had exerted no mediating effect on either leadership style or organizational creativity.According to the above and targeting the results of the researches in this article,four aspects of suggestions on rationalized management of organizational innovation under different leadership styles from the perspective of enterprise practice and maneuverability,that is,firstly,to stress management of organizations and knowledge and realize creative soft leadership;secondly,to attract creative talents and value the training of the creativity of employees;thirdly,to establish new type of enterprise culture and strengthen the support of organizational creativity;fourth,top management team lead innovation,to developing innovative strategies.This could render the managers of enterprises to not only pay attention to organizational innovation but also continuously transform leadership styles or methods so as to enable the employees to own platform for creativity and the opportunities for participation in organizational practice,thus improving the overall creativity of the enterprise and smoothly realizing the strategical goals of the organization.Finally,this research has verified mediation effect,which is helpful for manifesting the internal mechanism between leadership style and organizational innovation so that the leaders and employees could be actively aware of organizational innovation and the responsibility for creativity.
