In recent years,the variability of domestic and foreign economic conditions is increasingly fierce,and our economic development has also encountered unprecedented challenges and opportunities.The market environment full of complexity and uncertainty requires a higher standard for the service level of Chinese financial institutions.A As A large bank in China.Suzhou Branch of Bank has A relatively fixed customer team,and its business performance has always been in the leading position in the industry.On the one hand,its employees are in a state of self-satisfaction for a long time.On the other hand,the bank’s business performance no longer has a large space for development.In the long run.staff become demoralized by the lack of a breakthrough,making it harder for the bank to regenerate and cope with fierce business competition.The narrow development space of banks and the limited ability of employees are mutually restraining each other,thus creating a worrying vicious circle.This article through to A bank Suzhou branch bank branches operating personnel as the research object,discussed A bank Suzhou branch in bank branches operation personnel incentive problems and cause analysis,incentive problems of bank Suzhou branch A improvement scheme is put forward,in order to improve the market competitiveness of A bank Suzhou branch.This paper takes the traditional incentive theory as the basic guidance,through A large number of scholars and experts at home and abroad to study the current situation of the incentive method,and through the questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview,to A bank in Suzhou branch of the bank branches operation staff to carry out an in-depth exploration.Firstly,according to the basic situation of operation staff of Suzhou branch of A bank,this paper analyzes the current situation of incentive of operation staff of Suzhou branch of A bank from the aspects of the establishment of salary and welfare system,performance appraisal,training program.spiritual and cultural guidance and career planning.In order to find out the shortcomings in the incentives of Suzhou Branch of A bank,the author used questionnaire survey and interview to learn the satisfaction degree and importance of the incentive factors held by the branch operation staff of Suzhou Branch of A Bank under the current incentive measures.From the survey results,we can judge that Suzhou Branch of A Bank has some problems in salary mechanism,performance appraisal,training program and career development.Through further reason analysis,combined with the relevant incentive theory and the actual situation of Suzhou branch of A bank,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the incentive problem of the operation staff of Suzhou branch of A bank from the following aspects.Firstly,the compensation system and performance appraisal system should be optimized,secondly,the training program and management mode of the bank should be optimized,thirdly,diversified incentive forms should be developed,and fourthly,the scope of incentive objects should be scientifically implemented.
