At present, there are some problems in salary incentive pattern of the managers of state-owned enterprises. To these problems, this paper analysis the impact that professional ethics risk of operators and short and long-term incentive impact efforts level of operator in uncertain environment through game model. The perfect idea of salary incentive pattern of operators has been put. On this basis, this paper establishes a standardized and effective salary plan that it combination EVA theory with method of individual value measuring of human resources: the coefficient method of current realize value. To pricing salary of operators, it has been put that based standards and formula of operators'salary are considered by enterprise. And those have been certificated by the example. So, to the reform of salary incentive pattern of state-run enterprises and the design of salary structure, this paper has more important research value and practical experiences. |
