Research On Factors Affecting The Development Level Of Cross-border E-commerce In My Countr

As a new form of trade in China,cross-border e-commerce has the advantage of overcoming the time and space constraints of production and consumption.It is developing rapidly in China and has become the backbone force to promote the high-quality development of China’s foreign trade.However,the development of cross-border e-commerce in China is also affected by many factors,so it is of practical significance to explore the factors affecting the development level of cross-border e-commerce in China.Firstly,this paper uses entropy method to comprehensively measure the development level of cross-border e-commerce in 31 provincial administrative regions during 2012-2020 from three aspects: cross-border e-commerce scale index,cross-border e-commerce support index and cross-border e-commerce potential index.It is found that the development level of cross-border e-commerce in 31 provincial administrative regions presents different amplitude of improvement.The spatial gap in the development level of cross-border e-commerce shows a trend of narrowing year by year,but the overall trend is "strong in the east and weak in the west".Secondly,the panel data econometric model is constructed to analyze the factors affecting the development level of cross-border e-commerce.The results show that economic level factors have a significant impact on the development of cross-border e-commerce,and improving the regional economic level is conducive to the development of cross-border e-commerce.Among the dimensions of transport capacity,railway transport capacity,road transport capacity and regional cargo turnover capacity all have a significant impact on the development of cross-border e-commerce,indicating that the transport efficiency of cross-border e-commerce goods at this stage largely depends on road,railway transport and cargo turnover capacity.In the dimension of service level,information technology service has a significant positive impact on the development of cross-border e-commerce,indicating that information technology service is a key factor to support the smooth operation of cross-border e-commerce.The strength of financial regulation and intellectual property protection among the dimensions of government management have a significant impact on the development of cross-border e-commerce.The government’s regulation and protection of the market are conducive to the further development of cross-border e-commerce,and the government’s supervision and management can optimize the business environment and improve the enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship in the market.The results of the lag effect of the development level of cross-border e-commerce show that the development of cross-border e-commerce in China is affected by its own level and shows a certain inertia and continuity.Finally,based on the enterprise level,this paper further analyzes the factors affecting the development level of cross-border e-commerce through the case of cross-border Tongbao.In order to further improve the level of development of China’s cross-border electricity,mass transfer efficiency,to realize cross-border electricity development should not only strengthen the government’s supervision of cross-border electricity dealer market management and international logistics network building,also want to further improve the level of electric business platform service and realize the electric business platform of social development,and enhancing the added value of the goods,make cross-border electricity characteristic brand.
