Research On The Evaluation Of China’s Export Cross-border E-commerce Logistics Service Capability

In recent years,Due to the instability of international supply chains and the impact of the epidemic,China’s cross-border e-commerce development has been affected by a series of impacts,but at the same time has also brought great opportunities for its development,since2019,China’s cross-border e-commerce development scale against the trend growth,overseas online consumer demand continues to rise,export cross-border e-commerce as China’s main way of cross-border e-commerce,huge transaction scale also drives the development of export cross-border logistics.Due to the late start of China’s cross-border e-commerce development,logistics and other related service facilities are still not perfect,China’s cross-border e-commerce logistics services still exist a large number of defects.As an important part of the entire supply chain system,it is of great significance to improve the ability of logistics services.This thesis firstly sorts out the basic concepts,research reviews and theoretical foundations related to China’s export cross-border e-commerce logistics service capabilities,and lays a theoretical foundation for the selection of evaluation indicators of China’s export cross-border e-commerce logistics service capabilities.The basic concept starts from the export cross-border e-commerce logistics service capability,logistics service content and export cross-border e-commerce logistics service enterprise type;The research review is based on export cross-border e-commerce,logistics service capabilities and evaluation models;The theoretical basis introduces the relevant theories of supply chain management,such as synergy theory and core competitiveness theory.This thesis studies the evaluation of China’s export cross-border e-commerce logistics service capability.First,starting from the development environment of export cross-border e-commerce logistics,it deeply analyzes the development status and existing problems of China’s export cross-border e-commerce logistics and export cross-border e-commerce logistics service capability.Secondly,combined with the principle of index system construction and expert opinions,the evaluation index system of China’s export cross-border e-commerce logistics service capacity was preliminarily established,and then the index system was further optimized through statistical software,and finally the evaluation index system of China’s export cross-border e-commerce logistics service capacity was established,including 4 first-level indicators of basic service capability,flexible service capability,customer service ability and innovative service capability and 21 second-level indicators.And then based on the weight determination combined with analytic hierarchy method and entropy method,it use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate and study the logistics service capability of China’s export cross-border e-commerce.The results show that the evaluation results of China’s export cross-border e-commerce logistics service capacity are at a "poor" level.Among them,the evaluation result of basic service capability is "good",the evaluation result of flexible service ability and innovative service capability is "poor",and the evaluation result of innovative service capability is "average".Based on the research of this thesis,relevant suggestions are put forward: at the government level,increase policy support and improve logistics service supporting facilities;improve laws and regulations related to export cross-border logistics and prevent institutional risks;At the enterprise level,accelerate the integration of resources and enhance comprehensive service capabilities;leverage economies of scale to reduce logistics costs;increase the support of information technology,improve the innovation ability of logistics services,develop and establish a flexible system concept of enterprises and pay attention to the introduction and training of professional talents.
