The most important aspect of rural revitalization lies in people,and returning home to start businesses is the main way for the new generation of migrant workers to achieve rural revitalization.Currently,the new generation of migrant workers have become an important component of the rural labor force,with higher overall quality,higher cultural level,strong sense of social responsibility,and a higher possibility of returning home to start businesses.When the new generation of migrant workers work in other places,they have accumulated rich experience and technology,and added many aspects of the world.This advantage can be integrated with the unique resources of their hometown,which can achieve better results in the construction of their hometown.They should not only help alleviate the employment pressure in big cities,but also promote the economic development of rural areas,establish entrepreneurship to drive local employment,and promote the steady development of entrepreneurship through employment.As a county with a population of one million,Yudu County has a population of over 400000 migrant workers.The new generation of migrant workers has great potential for returning home and entrepreneurship,and effectively mobilizing their enthusiasm for returning home is also the key to rural revitalization.This paper takes the new generation of migrant workers in Yudu County as the main research goal,and takes Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,human capital theory and entrepreneurship theory as its basic theoretical basis.Secondly,a summary was made on the situation of the new generation of migrant workers returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,and the security measures adopted by Yudu County for the new generation of migrant workers returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship were elaborated.Based on the questionnaire content,their willingness to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship was analyzed.Subsequently,descriptive statistics were conducted on the relevant data collected through the distribution of questionnaires,and an empirical study was conducted on the willingness of the new generation of migrant workers in Duxian County to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship using SPSS 25.0 software and binary logistic stepwise screening regression method.Empirical research has found that the factors that affect the willingness of the new generation of migrant workers in Duxian to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship include both internal individual characteristics and external factors such as family factors,entrepreneurial motivation,social capital,and entrepreneurial environment.The degree of influence ranges from time spent working outside,entrepreneurial motivation,social capital,entrepreneurial environment,basic information of parents,marital status,educational background,average monthly salary,industry,and family factors.Based on this,this article provides corresponding policy recommendations on how to promote the willingness of the new generation of migrant workers to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship:improving the guarantee of return services,establishing correct entrepreneurial motives,making reasonable use of social capital,and optimizing the local entrepreneurial environment.
