Analysis On Measurement Of High Quality Development Level Of Foreign Trade And Influencing Factors About The Yangtze River Delta

With the introduction of high-quality development of China’s economy,the Yangtze River Delta,as one of the most dynamic and the highest degree of openness in China’s economic development,has actively participated in the process of high-quality development.The highquality development of foreign trade in the Yangtze River Delta follows the development tendency of the times,and can bring experience to the high-quality development of other regions rely on its own superiority.Meanwhile,export has always been called one of the three wagons to facilitate economic growth.To achieve the high-quality development of foreign trade has naturally a great significance in the new stage of promoting Chinese path to modernization.Against this background,measuring the level of high-quality development of foreign trade in the Yangtze River Delta region and exploring its influencing factors and it will contribute to enrich the research on high-quality development of regional external trade,and also provide decision-making reference for relevant government departments or enterprises to optimize the industrial structure and propel sustainable development.This paper first expounds the connotation of high-quality development of foreign trade and relevant theories at home and abroad,analyzes the current situation of high-quality development of foreign trade in the Yangtze River Delta region under the guidance of the new development concept,collects relevant data,and uses the global principal component analysis method to choose the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration and the Pearl River Delta as the horizontal comparison objects from the five dimensions of innovation,green,openness,community and comprehensive competitiveness.This paper wholly measures the high quality development level of foreign trade in the Yangtze River Delta region,and according to the measurement results to analyze from the angle of the entirety and sub-dimensions.Combined with the measurement results,identify the factors that may affect the high-quality development of foreign trade in the Yangtze River Delta,build a meterage model of fixed effect and make empirical analysis,analyze and summarize the results,and put forward corresponding solutions and proposals.The paper found that the high-quality development level of foreign trade in the Yangtze River Delta was on the rise from 2012 to 2021,mainly due to the improvement of levels about green development and open.In addition,innovative development,general competitiveness and shared development also play a significant role in the high-quality development of foreign trade in the Yangtze River Delta.The majorization of industrial structure,technological advancement,the extent of opening up and foreign direct investment have a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of foreign trade in the Yangtze River Delta,Poor environmental conditions have brought negative effects on the high-quality development of foreign trade in the Yangtze River Delta.Based on this,in order to further improve the highquality development level of foreign trade in the Yangtze River Delta region and realize the innovative,coordinated,green,open and shared development of foreign trade,this paper proposes solutions and methods to build a scientific and technological innovation community and enhance comprehensive competitive advantages from the perspective of the government and enterprises.At present,there are few researches on the high-quality development of foreign trade,especially about the Yangtze River Delta region,and the existing studies on the high-quality development of foreign trade are mainly concentrated on the national and provincial levels.This paper’s innovative point is to use the method of global principal component analysis to measure the high-quality development level of foreign trade in the Yangtze River Delta.Therefore,this paper selects the new perspective that is high-quality development of foreign trade in the Yangtze River Delta to research.Through this study,we hope to provide a new perspective for the study of the theoretical system of high-quality development of foreign trade,provide a new method for the study of high-quality development of foreign trade,and also provide guidance or reference for other regions to improve high-quality development of foreign trade.
