Research On Digital Economy Enabling Transformation And Upgrading Of Manufacturing Industry In Heilongjiang Province

Symbol of a country’s industrial level,is an inevitable prerequisite for a country to achieve economic transformation.Under the background of the new normal,China’s manufacturing industry is in three phases of transition state.At present,the rapid development of digital economy makes it occupy an important position in the development direction of national strategy.As a new engine of economic development,the digital economy shows a strong potential for development.Heilongjiang is a major agricultural province,a major grainproducing area,and an important equipment manufacturing industrial base in China.As an important national old industrial base,Heilongjiang is facing a major test of transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,and the digital and intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry is urgent and difficult.Promoting the digital transformation of manufacturing industry is the only way for the revitalization and development of industry in Heilongjiang Province.It is also an important work to promote the high-quality development of Longjiang digital economy and serve the overall situation of the country.However,it also exposes the problems of low technology content and labor-intensive manufacturing and production.At present,Heilongjiang Province is accelerating the transformation of digital industry.With the help of the rapid development of digital economy,the accelerated integration of digital technology and other industries brings new development,which is most prominent in the upgrading and development of traditional manufacturing industry.Therefore,an in-depth study of the impact of digital economy development on the upgrading level of manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province has important theoretical significance for further exploring the path of transformation and development of manufacturing industry.On this basis,specific countermeasures to promote the upgrading of manufacturing industry can also be proposed in combination with the development status of Heilongjiang Province.Based on this,this paper first reviews the literature research and relevant theoretical basis related to the upgrading of digital economy and manufacturing industry,and puts forward the main writing content,that is,the impact of digital economy on the upgrading of manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province and its mechanism.Secondly,the paper analyzes the mechanism of digital economy affecting the upgrading of manufacturing industry from the theoretical level,that is,digital economy can optimize the production process of manufacturing industry,reduce the production cost of manufacturing industry and improve the innovation ability of manufacturing industry.On this basis,three research hypotheses are proposed in this paper.Then,the development level of digital economy and manufacturing upgrading is measured by the method of constructing index system,and the corresponding development index is calculated by entropy value method.Thirdly,the data from 2011 to 2020 is selected for empirical study,and the basic econometric model regression analysis and mechanism test analysis are conducted successively.From the empirical perspective,how the digital economy affects the upgrading of manufacturing industry,the empirical results show that:the three hypotheses proposed in the paper are verified.We will give more support to enterprises in manufacturing innovation,strengthen the training and introduction of digital talents,promote the integration of the digital industry and manufacturing industry,improve the level of intelligence and synergy,accelerate the realization of digital transformation,and focus on the innovation and development of enterprises with the help of digital technologies.
