| With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the remarkable improvement of people’s material living standards,more and more consumers began to pay attention to the quality of material products.The standard requirements of product quality have been equally important with the standard requirements of product function.Product quality testing time,functional testing and performance analysis of product release is closely related to time,production conversion and production cost,reasonable and effective product quality inspection process not only can make the enterprise to fulfill its obligations,the necessary testing can also prevent quality risk,effectively improve the efficiency of management,product quality testing process standard detection behavior,meanwhile,it can also ensure the authenticity and reliability of testing information,and realize the strategic goals of automation control and digital transformation.Based on this,it is of high application value to study the optimization design based on product quality inspection process.This thesis takes the product quality testing process of T Company as the research object and describes the current situation and problems of the product quality testing process in detail.Three process analysis methods,ASME,fishbone chart and interview,were used to explore the specific problems of T Company’s product quality inspection process,identify the redundant structure of the process,the mode to be improved and the mechanism to be optimized,and summarize the causes of the problems in the product quality inspection process.On this basis,elaborated the detection process optimization design ideas,developed the optimization program flow chart,using the production flow,information flow,data flow and optimization methods to optimize the product quality detection process optimization program design,creative put forward the ECSA optimization method,and the optimized implementation program is discussed in detail.At the same time,this thesis planned the hierarchical indicators of T Company’s product quality detection process,calculated the weights based on analytic hierarchy process,established a comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy mathematics,used quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate the optimization scheme of product quality detection process,put forward evaluation suggestions,determined the safeguard measures,and achieved the improvement of product quality detection efficiency.The product quality inspection cycle was reduced,the expected target of customer satisfaction was improved,and the optimization study of T Company’s product quality inspection process was completed.The research results of this thesis provide theoretical research value for T Company’s product quality testing process under the economic new normal and global integration competition situation,to improve the current product quality testing process,implement automatic management,achieve internal information sharing and effective use of resources,etc.It is of great practical significance to improve the economic benefit and market competitiveness of product quality testing process. |
