With the advent of the information age,the demographic dividend has gradually disappeared,and the cost of enterprise employment has gradually increased.More and more enterprises have begun to consider reshaping their working methods,combining the work of employees with intelligent technology,using innovative technologies such as process automation and machine learning to optimize processes,improve enterprise competitiveness,and respond to the rapidly changing market environment.As the core of enterprise management,the human resources department involves various aspects such as recruitment and incentives.It needs to keep up with the times,continuously optimize management processes,continuously improve service efficiency,and provide more value for the formulation of enterprise business strategies.This article systematically discusses the research significance and background of process optimization,and summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars to extract the research direction of this article,which is W Company’s human resource management process optimization.Starting from the actual situation of W Company,the DAMIC model of Six Sigma theory is adopted to conduct in-depth research on the process optimization of personnel recruitment,attendance management,and salary accounting.In the definition stage,the company’s status and organizational structure are described,and the management processes in various fields are analyzed in combination with the needs of W Company’s Digital transformation,and the processes that need to be improved are comprehensively evaluated;Then,in the measurement and analysis stage,starting from the actual situation of the process,a systematic analysis is carried out,and corresponding optimization plans are proposed based on RPA;In the control stage,we explored the mechanism for continuous optimization and improvement of processes to ensure the continuous optimization of business processes;Finally,based on the optimization plan,it is concluded that business process optimization is the key to continuous improvement of human resource management processes,and RPA can assist in continuous optimization of human resource processes.
