Abstract/Summary:
Chemical Fiber industry is an industry with international competitive advantages in China,an important pillar industry for improving the overall competitiveness of the textile industry,an important part of the strategic emerging industry,and a strategic commanding point for the innovation and development of the textile industry.With the continuous development of China’s national economy and the continuous increase of people’s economic income,people’s consumption level is also improving day by day,more and more attention to material life.In the future,the demand for high-end decorations and carpet products will continue to grow,and the market demand for Jinlong filament will also continue to increase.XT chemical fiber textile co.,ltd.is a high-tech company producing high-end tufted carpet filament,and is the only one in China to break the foreign monopoly of the enterprise.However,since the company was put into production in 2015,until 2018,profits have been in the state of deficit,with low qualified rate of products,high equipment failure rate,high staff turnover,disordered production plan and low production efficiency being an important reason for the company’s operating deficit.XT chemical fiber textile company needs to think about how to improve the production efficiency of chemical fiber textile,reduce manufacturing cost and improve the company’s core competitiveness under the condition of such fierce competition in the external market.In this paper,chemical fiber products of the company as the research object,through the lean production,total quality management,site management theory,by using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey research tool,the low efficiency of the problems at present in process,and use the fishbone diagram,5 w2 h,PDCA tools to analyze the root cause of the problem: Miscellaneous wire,transition wire,floating wire,unreasonable position configuration,insufficient operating skills,imperfect salary structure,training system is not sound,sample insert order,equipment management is missing and so on.At the same time,according to the existing problems and cause analysis and formulate the goal,principle and thinking of the improvement program,put forward the production efficiency improvement program of chemical fiber products,including: Structural design of extruder/spinneret filter,maintenance and control of tool deformator and cold drum,replacement of tension block,skill upgrading training of staff,optimization of salary structure,increase incentive means,strengthening periodic preventive maintenance plan of equipment,formulation of reasonable equipment cleaning standard operation instructions,etc.Due to the lifting scheme is to increase the productivity of the spinning process,in order to smooth the implementation of the scheme,synchronization and formulate the corresponding safeguard measures: the leadership of the support and the execution of the employees,digital informatization MES system,special funds safeguard and the corresponding supervision and control group,to confirm the plan and execute the landing.After half a year of improvement,the goal of improving production efficiency has achieved the expected results.It creates different values in theory and application.Theoretical value:(1)The database titled "Production Efficiency Improvement" of CNKI was filled in,hoping that the research process of this paper can provide reference for similar chemical fiber industry.(2)For the national chemical fiber industry "14th Five-Year strategic plan" high-quality development,production efficiency improvement contribution to the power.Application value:(1)broke through the international technical barriers,became the first domestic production of automotive BCF fiber enterprise,realized the localization of high-end fiber,to fill the gap in domestic technology.(2)The production efficiency of the company increased by about 83.9%.The manufacturing cost decreased from 5.52 yuan /kg to 4.61 yuan/kg.
