With the rapid development of China’s housing system reform and urban construction,the property service industry has ushered in new development opportunities.Property service companies are also facing many challenges such as a surge in talent demand,rising costs,upgrading intelligent services,and innovating property models.It has become inevitable for A Property Yinchuan Branch to expand channels,meet the needs of property owners,improve their satisfaction,and break through their own bottlenecks,and develop service marketing strategies has become inevitable.This study provides a deep understanding of the actual situation of A Property Yinchuan Branch.Through methods such as questionnaire survey and comparative analysis,the problems existing in its service operation process are analyzed and designed into five parts.The first part includes the relevant content of Chapters 1 and 2,including research background and significance,research comments,as well as the basic concepts and related basic theories involved in this study.The second part mainly includes the content of Chapters 3 and 4,which analyzes the service marketing environment and current service marketing strategy of A Property Yinchuan Branch.The third part mainly includes the content of Chapter 5,conducting research on relevant objects of A Property Yinchuan Branch,in-depth analysis was conducted on the influencing factors of owner satisfaction in A Property Yinchuan Branch,and it was found that A Property Yinchuan Branch has problems.The fourth part is mainly the content of Chapter 6,according to the problems in the service marketing strategy,put forword the optimization suggestions of service marketing strategy.The fifth part mainly focuses on the content of Chapter 7,which constructs a guarantee mechanism for the service marketing strategy of A Property Yinchuan Branch.This study focuses on A Property Yinchuan Branch,with its service marketing strategy as the research content,and uses relevant theories to study the current situation and existing problems of its service marketing strategy.At the same time,based on the actual situation of the company,propose specific service marketing strategies to optimize existing problems.In order to enhance the service characteristics of A Property Yinchuan Branch,increase owner satisfaction,break through its own bottlenecks,and achieve the transformation and upgrading to a modern service enterprise.Assist A Property Yinchuan Branch in solving personnel mobility issues,improving service marketing capabilities,expanding service channels,and meeting the needs of property owners,thus forming a good competitive advantage in the industry,providing practical guidance for the long-term development of the enterprise.At the same time,supplement and expand the relevant theories of service object satisfaction,property management,and service marketing strategy research,which is of great research significance both in theory and practice.
