Since 1990s, rapid progress have taken place in real estate industry, which have become pillar industry in China. However, lots of problems have arised at the same time, such as the ignorance of analysis of stakeholders which have great significance for the real estate enterprise development, and the negligence of customer satisfaction as well. Therefore, it causes unfavorable public environment for the development of industry, and influences products sale in real estste developing enterprises. Thus, by the way of analysis of stakeholders and research of customer satisfaction in real estate developing enterprises, the thesis proposes corresponding strategies for orderly development in real estate enterprises. The research of the thesis have theoretical meanings, and real applied values as well. The thesis consists of six chapters, and the main content is listed as follows:Chapter One is preface which briefly introduces the background of subject, the purpose and significance of the research, then it summarizes the research status of customer satisfaction and stakeholders at home and abroad.Chapter Two introduces relevant concepts of real estate marketing, customer satisfaction and stakeholders, and analyzes the concepts, components and relations of stakeholders, finally introduces the origin and development of CS, the models and evaluations.Chapter Three analyzes components and relations of stakeholders in real estate developing enterprises.Chapter Four analyzes main influential factors of customer satisfaction in real estate developing enterprises, then establishes the model of CS, evaluates the model by Analytic Hierarchy Process, and designs CS questionnaireChapter Five proposes marketing strategy according to the problems in real estate developing process, and emphasizes the importance of our government, and positively creates values of stakeholders and improves customer satisfaction.Chapter Six summarizes the main job and difficiency of the thesis.
