China is actively promoting the construction of the socialist market with Chinese characteristics,and in this process,the "specialized,specialized,special and new" enterprises have played an important role.The concept of "specialized,special and new" enterprise was first proposed by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China in 2011,which is specially used for positioning small,medium-sized and high-quality enterprises.This type of enterprise has the characteristics of refinement,specialization,specialization and novelty.Although the enterprise scale is small,its unique product advantages and competitive resources make these industries have full competitiveness in their respective industries,but also objectively enrich China’s industrial environment,and promote the process of industrial modernization.The state actively guides small and medium-sized enterprises to develop specialized and innovative enterprises,which can not only stimulate their own development vitality,but also is the only way for industrial structural transformation.As a "specialized characteristic" enterprise,TZ company is a very young enterprise.The company registered in 2019,the registered capital of 5 million yuan,belongs to the large private enterprises set the independent operating authority of subsidiary,the company’s main business is high pressure vessel business and underground rescue business,business scale is not large,but the market share is higher,among them,the mining underground high pressure vessel market proportion reached about one-third of the national market,has the potential of"invisible champion".With the expansion of the enterprise scale,the production capacity and technology research and development ability continue to improve,the formulation of the enterprise strategy has also become an urgent problem.This study is based on the strategic management theory,the competitive strategy theory,and the "invisible champion" theory,First,we constructed a theoretical research framework,To form theoretical support by domestic and foreign literature and classical theories;next,Further analysis of the external environment of many TZ companies,Mainly adopt PEST,Porter Wuli,industry environment analysis and other ways to comprehensively analyze the external environment of TZ company’s high-voltage vessel business,And get the corresponding opportunities,threats and external evaluation conclusions;once more,Analyze the internal environment of TZ’s high-pressure vessel business,Mainly adopted by means of value chain analysis and resource analysis,Discuss the unique competitive advantages and disadvantages of enterprises,And form the internal factor evaluation conclusion,then,By means of SWOT analysis,QSPM strategy matrix analysis,Analyze the competitive strategy selection of TZ high pressure vessel business,Clarify the centralized strategy as the competitive strategy of TZ company’s high-pressure container business;last,According to the characteristics of the centralized strategy,The implementation route,implementation strategy and strategic safeguard measures of the centralized strategy are set respectively.After research,this paper puts forward two innovative points:Firstly,the domestic small and medium enterprises with the potential of "invisible champion" can choose the centralized competition strategy;secondly,the competitive strategy of TZ Company should be developed from the aspects of customer centralization,product centralization and regional centralization.
