| With the globalization of economy and the intensification of international competition,the competition among enterprises has changed from market competition to industrial chain competition.Therefore,more and more enterprises begin to integrate the industrial chain and choose the strategic mode of the whole industrial chain to expand scale,reduce costs,improve profits and strengthen the control of the industrial chain.The whole industrial chain can reduce the relatively small competitiveness of a single product market,avoid business risks to a certain extent,and help enterprises respond to market changes flexibly.However,the whole industry chain may also have corresponding negative problems,such as poor fund management,improper integration of the industry chain,etc.In this case,it is very important to study the influence of the whole industry chain strategy on enterprise performance.Taking Fosun Pharmaceutical as an example,based on the review of relevant research status and theories,this paper firstly makes a comprehensive explanation of the motivation and approach of the implementation of the whole industry chain of Fosun Pharmaceutical,and then studies the impact of the whole industry chain strategy on its performance from financial and non-financial perspectives.In the financial performance analysis,on the one hand,the situation of Fosun Pharmaceutical’s business segments is analyzed,which is intuitively reflected;On the other hand,four financial indicators of Fosun Pharmaceutical’s overall profitability,debt paying ability,operating ability and growth ability are compared and analyzed with the average level of the industry in order to explore the changes in Fosun Pharmaceutical’s financial performance after the completion of the strategic layout of the whole industrial chain.In terms of non-financial performance analysis,three indexes including technological innovation ability,strategic realization ability and bankruptcy resistance ability are selected according to industry characteristics and the current situation of Fosun Pharmaceutical to explore the change of non-financial performance after the completion of the strategic layout of the whole industrial chain of Fosun Pharmaceutical.The results show that the whole industry chain strategy of Fosun Pharmaceutical expands the enterprise scale,improves the research and development efficiency,and strengthens the core competitiveness.It not only consolidates the leading position of Fosun Pharmaceutical in the industry,but also helps the sustainable development of Fosun Pharmaceutical.However,the research also found that Fosun Pharmaceutical has the problem of large financial pressure,which should be properly dealt with in the future management.According to the implementation of the whole industrial chain strategy of Fosun Pharmaceutical,the following suggestions are put forward: For Fosun Pharmaceutical,it can choose to construct a virtual organization that crosses the organizational boundary,and adopt non-cash payment or mixed payment to relieve the financial pressure;For other enterprises in the pharmaceutical and health industry,they must clarify their own positioning,clarify their core business advantages,and attach importance to the stable operation of their own funds,so as to truly implement the strategy of the whole industrial chain,play the synergistic effect between the industrial chain,and achieve the purpose of sustainable development.The implementation of the whole industry chain of Fosun Pharmaceutical will bring a good demonstration role for traditional pharmaceutical and health enterprises.For traditional pharmaceutical and health enterprises,scientific implementation of the whole industry chain strategy will be a desirable way to cope with fierce market competition. |
