External Knowledge Absorption As A Mediator Linking Social Networks And Ennovation Performance Of Enterprise

China's manufacturing industry is losing it's advantages on production on one hand,and has left behind in terms of technology,services compared with developed countries on the other hand.China's manufacturing industry puts himself into a dilemma in the international division of labor.Therefore,to improve technology innovation and management innovation of manufacturing enterprises for the purpose of improving manufacturing enterprises ‘low-end position in the global value chain is necessary,social networks can provide the resources the manufacturing enterprises needed to carry out technological innovation and management innovation,but,what's the specific mechanism between them?This study reviews the theory research of social relation network,external knowledge absorption,technology innovation and management innovation at home and abroad,the social relation network is divided into personal relationship network and organization network;The external knowledge absorptive capacity is divided into identification and evaluation,digest the transformation,integrated application;The innovation performance is divided into two dimensions of technological innovation,management innovation.Samples were collected from the whole China of 288 valid copies.the results showed : personal relationship network has a positive impact on organize network;Social relation network is positively related to the external knowledge absorptive capacity;External knowledge absorptive capacity is positively related to the technology innovation and management innovation;External knowledge absorptive capacity has partial intermediary effect between the social networks and manufacturing enterprise technological innovation,it also applies to management innovation.External knowledge absorptive capacity has intermediary effect between the personal relationship network and manufacturing enterprise technological innovation,it also applies to management innovation.The Conclusion of this research has important theoretical and practical guidance.
