| With the rapid development of economy,technology and financial markets around the world,the problem of financial risks has become increasingly prominent.In recent years,violations and cases have emerged in our country’s banking industry.The occurrence of various risk cases is mostly caused by the internal control defects of banks.There are still many defects in the internal control of the banking industry that need to be improved.Since2007,country banks have emerged in the form of emerging commercial banks,which have had a positive impact on the country financial structure and the credit conditions of residents in country areas.Restricted by other factors,the risk management and control ability of country banks is very weak.This not only hinders country banks from sticking to their market orientation and serving the country economy,but also restricts the reform and transformation of country banks.Therefore,improving the internal governance,raising the level of risk management,and establishing a comprehensive and efficient internal control system have become important issues facing the country banks.Based on the relevant theories of risk management and internal control,this paper uses principal-agent theory,contingency theory,and information asymmetry theory to build an internal control framework from the perspective of risk management and its causes,in order to improve the internal control system of A Country Bank.The first part introduces the background and significance of the research,introduces the research method and research content,and reviews and comments on the relevant literature.The second part defines the concepts of risk management and internal control,and lays a theoretical basis for the subsequent case analysis.The third part introduces the operation,organizational structure and the current situation of internal control of A Country Bank.The fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of A Country Bank’s internal control according to the above.The fifth part is the content of the construction of the internal control system of A country bank from the perspective of risk management,and introduces the construction goals,construction principles and specific content of the internal control system framework.The sixth part summarizes the research conclusion,enlightenment and insufficiency of the article.Establishing a complete internal control system from the perspective of risk management is not an overnight task.To successfully implement such an internal control system,it is necessary to establish correct strategic goals,build a clear risk management framework,strengthen corporate culture,and improve The ability of employees to identify risks,improve risk assessment methods,optimize information communication channels,improve the internal audit system,improve the supervision and feedback mechanism,and continuously improve enterprise risk management.Only in this way can an effective internal control system be established. |
