Human resources are a key strategic resource for companies to achieve excellent performance results.In order for companies to have a certain competitive advantage,the addition of outstanding talents enhances the core competitiveness of the company.And how to retain the best talent,enterprise career development channel is an important factor in the internal management of enterprises.In the increasingly competitive market environment,how to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees and stimulate their potential is a realistic problem that every company needs to face.In the face of fierce competition,the problems of solidified positions and incomplete career development channels in Company A slowly emerged,leading to weakened motivation of grassroots employees and brain drain,and the reason is that there is no set of convincing career development channels to motivate employees to work hard.Through the study and exploration of the optimization of the current career development channel of the grassroots employees of Company A,we identified a certain gap between the career development of the grassroots employees of Company A and the development of the enterprise,and combined with the actual situation of the company,we formulated a career development channel suitable for the grassroots employees by addressing their different needs and understanding their personality characteristics.We set up dual channels for administrative positions and professional positions,establish job qualifications for different positions,realize horizontal and vertical interoperability of staff positions and set up horizontal conversion mechanisms,set up job-specific assessments according to different career plans,open and fair principles for career development channels,and set up evaluation committees to assess the promotion of professional job sequences,so that the career development channels of grass-roots employees are targeted,planned and controllable.Effectively broaden the career development space of grass-roots managers.This thesis takes grassroots employees as the research object and takes career development path as the main research issue,clarifies the career development path model of employees,designs career development path,and provides some reference and reference for mobilizing employees’ enthusiasm and creativity at work.
