| Since the 19th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the strategic of a network power,promoting the deep integration of the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and the real economy,and bringing new opportunities and challenges to operators in the traditional communications industry.ATX’s industrial Internet business development is still in its infancy,and its marketing strategy is not perfect.Based on the development of "Internet Plus",this paper adopts the method of literature research and field research.Using THEST model,Porter five-force model,STP analysis and 4Ps marketing combination theory,the external environment,user situation and internal environment of ATX’s industrial Internet business development are analyzed.It is found that the marketing of the company’s industrial Internet business has problems such as product line confusion,single promotion mode,idle channel resources and high product pricing.The SWOT model is used to analyze the business development and draw the conclusion that ATX should adopt SO strategy for industrial Internet business development.This paper puts forward that ATX companies need to segment the market according to the needs of various industries for information construction,and clarify the market positioning.According to the characteristics of the product business,the formation of different target markets,key industries such as government,health care,education and industrial industry product model,combined with traditional channels and new industrial alliance channels and online shopping malls,through personnel promotion,advertising promotion and public relations promotion,with the use of usage,usage time,scope of use and other price concessions,optimize the company’s marketing manpower,material resources,financial resources and other resources,do a good job in different industrial Internet products business marketing activities.In the existing human resources based on the establishment of a scientific indicator assessment system,expand the size of the marketing team,strengthen the marketing staff product business training,from the capital and after-sales service team building and other aspects to protect business development,enhance ATX company’s competitiveness in the regional industry. |
