In recent years, the domestic payments market with the development of electronic commerce and the third party payment number of licenses has increased, the third party payment enterprises increase gradually. On one hand, the old payment enterprises such as Alipay, TenPay, UnionPay has been firmly occupy most of the market, and the rapid expansion of emerging markets’ through price competition means the use of its own advantages. The three major domestic telecommunications operators have also obtained third party pay licence, but after a period of development, because of the lack of understanding of the payment of the market environment and the inherent market thinking, leading to its business development is not ideal. As the communication operator has strong financial strength and resources to pay the company, how to break the present backward situation, and quickly occupied the market, become the major issues to pay the company in front of the operator.In this paper, the basic knowledge of niche marketing theory, will develop the niche marketing theory is applied to the communication operators paid the company’s product strategy, with the guidance of product market strategy theory. First, through the payment of market analysis as well as the analysis of the leading domestic payment enterprises at home and abroad, to find out the universal law of the development of enterprise to pay, and then through the analysis of the case of China Unicom payment and research the market to find its development Chinese, niche market, and formulates suits the enterprise development of product strategy and detailed product scheme, finally through the analysis of execution and the effect on the product strategy, the communication operators pay enterprise niche product strategy. The strategy, develop to the other group company under the payment of company’s product strategy also has a certain guiding significance.
