Mobile Internet company has been formed with the traditional telecommunications operators of the value chain re-division of the pattern, the rapid development of mobile Internet pipeline to provide data communications carriers traffic revenue contribution,. And compared to Internet companies, telecommunications operators generally lack experience in Internet operations, standard development capabilities, innovative business capabilities, and ability to control the user terminal and other telecommunications operators have become Internet companies transition disadvantage lies. Faced with the enormous challenges brought about by the mobile Internet, transformation of the way telecommunications operators must focus on the mobile Internet business opportunities arising from massive amounts of data and analysis for the excavation depth.Big data product is a new product form, related industries at home and abroad is still in the exploratory stage market, therefore, how to focus on such products to develop a reasonable marketing strategy was particularly important to this article this is the goal, first through the important conceptsinvolved in this research paper introduces and describes the core marketing strategy and marketing strategy factors, and to support the theory thesis was interpretation, including PEST environment analysis, SWOT competitive analysis, STP market positioning, the theoretical basis for the full text research, secondly, large data applications made related to the introduction analysis, again marketing the external environment of the PEST analysis, and the use of SWOT analysis marketing analysis of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as the basis for the selection of target market analysis marketing strategy below.
