Along with the globalization of the competition becoming increasingly fierce,talentresources is increasingly the key for enterprises. The salesmen of the company are the key for theenterprise performance. Thus enhancing the quality of the staff is very important. But to makethe salesmen play the greatest potential on the position, it must train sales staff scientifically.This thesis is dedicated to researching on salesmen of air conditioning industry. It takes theNJ Company as an example. And it fully investigated the salesmen in NJ. Based on theinvestigation, this thesis constructs competency model for NJ Company. Guided by the model,the thesis further studies how to train sales staff of this company.By reviewing a vast amount of literatures about Competency Model, these thesessummarize the relevant researches at home and abroad, and establish a Competence Model on NJpersonnel, combined with the characteristic of salesmen of NJ. Finally, based on the competencemodel of salesmen in NJ, it builds the training system for this company. In the course of thisresearch, this article has three aspects: training needs analysis, designing training course andtraining evaluation. Through the way, this article finds the gap between the current situation andthe target. In the course of designing training course, it is mainly from three parts: the knowledge,the skills and the attitudes. About training evaluation, this paper adopts four evaluation methods,such as training course evaluation, the students’ grades and the behavior of student and theperformance of company.This article provides a training reference from the theory and empirical for NJ company. Itis helpful for NJ Company to build a standard and scientific training system. This paper alsoprovides a certain technical support for training salesmen in NJ Company.
