With the rapid development of digital technology and the increasing demand for high-quality life,all walks of life have been carrying out digital transformation.The digital infrastructure of the real estate industry is weak,the level of digital development is low,and the digital transformation has not been comprehensively promoted.Compared with other industries,the digital transformation of the real estate industry is still in the primary stage of transformation,with many difficulties and difficulties related to transformation,and high transformation risks.The current problems faced by the digital transformation of the real estate industry are mainly fierce market competition,and most enterprises are unwilling to give up short-term benefits to invest in digital construction;The foundation of enterprise digitalization is weak,the degree of information sharing between enterprises is low,and data communication is difficult;The rapid iteration of technology update has a great demand on the financial strength of enterprises;And the information security risks brought by the high-speed flow of data.In view of this situation,this thesis mainly carries out risk identification and evaluation for H Company’s digital transformation,and puts forward relevant risk prevention suggestions,hoping to provide some help for relevant enterprises’ digital transformation risk management.First of all,through combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,this thesis describes the digital transformation,digital transformation risk and risk management,and takes H Company as the research object to analyze the value,difficulties and development status of H Company’s digital transformation.By analyzing the current situation and problems of its digital transformation risk management,it is found that H Company’s digital transformation is in the primary stage of transformation as a whole,and has not yet established a systematic risk management mechanism,so the digital transformation risk is high.Then,according to H Company’s own situation,this thesis selects appropriate digital transformation risk identification and evaluation methods to analyze relevant risk factors.Secondly,this thesis uses WBS-RBS coupling identification method to identify and analyze the risks of H Company’s digital transformation.The WBS method is used to divide H Company’s digital transformation into five stages: project decision-making,planning,investment development,optimization and guidance.The RBS method is used to divide the risk factors of enterprise’s digital transformation into nine aspects from both internal and external aspects.The internal risks mainly include organizational risk,management risk,security risk,human resource risk Financial risk and external risk mainly include regulatory risk,market risk,technical risk and social risk,which are further subdivided into multiple secondary risk factor indicators.According to the coupling results,the final risk factor evaluation index system is determined by expert investigation.Finally,this thesis uses the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to calculate the weight of risk assessment indicators,and uses cloud model method to calculate the risk level of risk assessment indicators,and uses MATLAB software to draw the risk cloud map.Then,according to the risk assessment results,combined with the five digital transformation stages,corresponding risk prevention suggestions are proposed for the main risk factors in each stage.
