Study On Improving The Supply Chain Of Fresh Supermarket Chain X

The production of fresh agricultural products is regional,easy to rot,strong seasonality and difficult to unify quality.However,China’s agricultural production modernization is low and no threshold to enter.Agricultural products from the origin to the residents’table generally go through the production area,brokers,wholesale markets,retail markets.Each link will bring fresh losses and high price increases,resulting in huge price difference between the purchase price and the final retail price.(1)Analyzing the supply chain of chain fresh supermarket X.This part of the content mainly through the analysis of the current supply chain of X,finds out the existing problems,and puts forward improvement suggestions,so as to clarify the next step of improvement direction.(2)Putting forward the supply chain improvement scheme of X.Based on the principles of improving the supply chain design,using the theory and method of supply chain management and process reengineering to design the supply chain improvement and puts forward the improvement plan of purchasing,storage,cold chain,and store suitable for the development of X.(3)Giving the implementation guarantees and expected results for the improvement of the supply chain of X.This paper mainly gives the implementation safeguard measures from the aspects of improving information system,standardized management and personnel management and makes a concrete evaluation of the expected effect.How to reduce farmers’ difficulty in selling agricultural products and ensure that consumers’ high quality demanding always been the concern of the society.We provide not only scientific decision-making basis for the supply chain improvement of X but also certain reference for the development of agricultural products industry.
