Optimization Of Logistic Distributing Routing For Fresh Agricultural Products Of Chain Supermarket In O2O Mode

With the rapid development of Internet technology,e-commerce with convenient shopping as well as the characteristics of wide choice is gradually accepted by consumers,and brings a new shopping experience.Online shopping is increasingly common,so as to seek a logistics distribution path for high benefit,low cost and high efficiency has become the focus of many businesses and an important problem to be solved.In the late 1990 s,supermarkets developed rapidly and matured gradually as a new way of retail in our country.In recent years,supermarket in our country has carried out the relevant business of fresh agricultural products gradually,and in the daily lives of consumers has occupied an increasingly important position.In the face of the impact of e-commerce and the change of consumer shopping habits,chain supermarket can carry out fresh agricultural products online business through O2 O mode using oneself advantages.Integrate resources of the online and offline to improve competitiveness and enhance market position.This paper first reviewed the O2 O mode,fresh agricultural products logistics distribution and vehicle routing problems and summarized the current domestic and foreign fresh agricultural products e-commerce mode and typical supermarket chain O2 O case;focused on the flow of agricultural produce of supermarket chain under O2 O mode,designed the O2 O mode of operation as the main of the main supermarket chains in circulation of agricultural products,and put forward implementation strategies for carrying out fresh produce business of the supermarket chain;discussed the influence of distribution path optimization time window issues and consumer satisfaction,on this basis,it concluded the optimization of fresh agricultural products distribution objectives,and established distribution route optimization mode based on VRPTW mode;finally,the mode is verified by the numerical example of the mode using genetic algorithm combined with Matlab7.0 software.The results showed that the average consumer satisfaction in more than 90%,and delivery vehicle scheme is more reasonable.It can meet the requirements of consumers on the distribution time and ensure the fresh of fresh agricultural products.This paper that put forward a new mode of chain supermarket for agricultural products provides a new way of thinking the future development of supermarket electric business operation and a reference method for the logistics distribution.
