Research On Multi-agent Communication Management In Smart Heating Cloud Platform Project

With the advent of the information age,various IT projects have gradually into people’s lives,providing users with better services and experience for their work,study and life.In various IT projects,the smart heating cloud platform,as an intelligent heating system based on data transmission and centered on big data analysis,has brought information-based management platform for heating companies.For the project,due to the complexity of the smart heating cloud platform,stricter requirements have also been placed on the management of the project.This paper takes the smart heating cloud platform project of A company as the research object,and the current situation of multi-agent communication management in each stage of the project as the research content,so as to put forward reasonable solutions to the problems existing in communication management and carry out post-optimization.Firstly,it mainly expounds the theoretical basis of communication mode and project communication management process.Secondly,A basic background is introduced for the specific situation of A company and the project.Thirdly,analyze and summarize the existing multi-agent communication management problems from the three stages of project initiation,execution and closing.Then,it mainly analyzes the causes of the problems in the above stages from the aspects of project stakeholders,communication management plans,communication channels,etc.,and gives the improvement countermeasures of communication management according to the theoretical basis.Finally,combined with the situation of the project,specific multi-agent communication management opinions are given from three aspects:stakeholder register,communication management planning table and project communication management supervision and control.Although this research content is mainly aimed at the case of A company as the research object,for many projects,its theoretical basis and the communication problems existing in the project have something in common.Therefore,its research content has a certain reference value for the optimization of communication management in the Internet of things project.
