Risk Management Research Of Test And Evaluation Service Platform Project For Artificial Intelligence Operating System

In recent years,under the background of the continuous industrialization of artificial intelligence technology,the underlying hardware and upper application are more and more abundant.The development of artificial intelligence operating system can better manage the hardware,software and hardware resources,and provide a rich,perfect and unified environment,which is of great significance for promoting technological innovation and improving the efficiency of industrial empowerment.In this context,this paper carries out the research on the risk management of test and evaluation service platform project for artificial intelligence operating system,aiming to solve the problems existing in the project and lay a foundation for improving the market competitiveness of artificial intelligence operating system in China.This paper uses the brainstorming method and the expert interview method to establish the WBS-RBS risk matrix.Five risk factors(technical risk,resource risk,financial risk,legal risk and management risk)and 24 specific risk scenarios are identified for A platform project.Through the use of level analysis(AHP),a threelevel risk evaluation model is established.Then,by integrating the subjective score value and arranging it according to the weight size of the implementation layer,multiple major risk events under each indicator layer are obtained.Finally,according to the results of risk measurement,this paper analyzes that the biggest risk of A platform project lies in the internal technology and resources,while the external risk of the project is relatively small.The most serious internal risk of the project is the lack of technical personnel,the loss of technical personnel,the mismatch between the project design and the demand,etc.Therefore,in order to achieve the time,cost and quality of the project,the risk management plans and other work plans embody an important value in the project management.
