| In recent years,with the deepening of reform and opening-up and economic structural adjustment in China,existence of enterprises and industrial competition are under comprehensive pressure,not because the need of the COVID-19 pandemic and internal economic growth,but the intensification of external global competition such as trade war and regional conflicts.Under the strategic guidance of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country with talents,a series of policies related to the education industry have been promulgated and laws and regulations have been gradually improved,which has promoted the rapid development of training-related industries.A large number of education and training institutions have been established one after another,especially small and medium-sized enterprises.TL Company is one of them.Thanks to the national economic development and favorable policies,TL company is gradually developing toward standardization.However,with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the increasing pressure of industry competition,how to improve core competitiveness and expand the training market has become the top issue for TL company.Based on TL company’s training business,this paper finds out the problems existing in TL company’s current training service system through interviews with customers and questionnaires,and analyzes the causes of the problems by combining the theories of core competitiveness and business process reengineering.Then,through the internal and external analysis of the macro and micro environment of TL company’s training service,this paper fully explains the external macro environment of TL company and related factors such as strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and puts forward methods to optimize and improve the company’s existing training service system to help it out of stuck.The optimized training service system is mainly designed around the four principles of systematization,economy,practicability and strategy.Through the optimization of training demand analysis,training organization and management,training resource integration,training teacher management,training content research and development and innovation,training effect tracking and evaluation and other aspects involved in the training service system.So as to achieve the goal of improving the whole training service system.Finally,the paper proposes to promote the reform of the system and mechanism,improve the management system,strengthen the human resources management of the quality training service team,improve the performance assessment and organization of the service work and other methods to ensure the implementation of the optimized and improved training service system. |
