Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the domestic financial payment field has developed rapidly,and fintech has made great progress.With the increasing level of financial technology,the demand for financial product testing also increases.B Company is a professional third-party testing organization,which also faces higher requirements and challenges in project schedule management.As the market demand for product function testing has been increasing,B Company has launched a variety of product function testing projects that meet customer needs.In the face of the increasing demand for market testing,the company’s requirements for project management also improved.At present,B Company focuses on the project scope and project quality requirements,but the improvement of project schedule management is relatively weak.If the project cycle of a new project is too long,it will directly affect the timeliness of subsequent product function test results,may directly affect the test business operation of similar products,and affect the time when the test report is issued.This paper takes B Company as the research object,and conducts a research on the schedule management optimization of product function testing projects.Research on the schedule management of product function testing projects is of great significance to the development of B Company,customers and even the industry.Based on the domestic and foreign practical theories and cases,this paper studies the relevant methods and theoretical practices of project schedule management.Secondly,it studies the characteristics of the product function testing projects of B Company,and analyzes the management problems of the project schedule based on the expert judgment method,the interview method and the case analysis method,interview method and case analysis method.It is found that the project structure of the product function testing projects of B Company is basically the same,the schedule management method is relatively simple,and the scientific management system is lacking.Thirdly,systematically analyze the product function testing projects,and carry out the research on the schedule management technology and method system of such projects.Use scientific technology and method system to provide project schedule management solutions,and form a general model suitable for product function testing project schedule management.The model specifically includes project work breakdown,project work resource determination,key chain project determination,and implementation schedule optimization.Afterwards,the solution was verified by optimizing the schedule of China Unicom’s smart card product testing project.Finally,many factors affecting the project schedule and existing problems in the project schedule are sorted out,and a series of project schedule reform measures are proposed.Specific measures mainly include encouraging the nearest office to improve the speed of problem solving,formally authorizing the project manager,linking project performance with bonuses,strengthening communication with project team members,increasing the frequency of progress reporting,clarifying the work responsibilities of members,and focusing on project team building.The research results of this paper can optimize and solve the schedule management problem of B Company’s product function detection projects.The research in this paper can provide reference for other types of project management of B Company,and also provide reference for project schedule management for other testing institutions or testing laboratories,which has certain promotion value.
