| In recent years,the rapid development of major e-commerce enterprises in the context of the information age has triggered fierce market competition.In order to stand out among many e-commerce platforms,seize market share and control enterprise costs,it has gradually become the core for e-commerce enterprises to obtain market advantages.For e-commerce enterprises,the logistics cost accounts for a significant proportion of the total cost of enterprises,and the lack of logistics cost control has become the main factor restricting the rapid development of enterprises.In order to highlight the competitive advantage in the industry,it is urgent to reduce the logistics cost.The traditional cost control method separates the production and operation activities of enterprises without considering the overall value chain activity process of enterprises.The logistics cost control method based on the perspective of value chain can more clearly and comprehensively analyze the existing problems of enterprise logistics cost.At present,there are few literatures on the combination of value chain and logistics cost control of e-commerce enterprises in China.Therefore,this paper takes vipshop as the case object and studies its logistics cost control from the perspective of value chain,so as to put forward corresponding optimization suggestions for vipshop value chain logistics cost control,and also provide some reference for the research of logistics cost control of other e-commerce enterprises.This paper takes vipshop as the research object to carry out research and analysis.Firstly,this paper reviews the research results of scholars at home and abroad,and summarizes the relevant theories of value chain,e-commerce enterprise logistics cost and so on.Then it introduces vipshop’s company profile and value chain profile.At the same time,it analyzes the current situation of vipshop’s logistics cost control from the perspective of value chain.It is found that in the logistics cost control,the logistics cost in the procurement link is high,the reverse logistics cost control is insufficient,the warehousing logistics cost is high,the logistics distribution cost is high,the suppliers change frequently,the product quality is difficult to guarantee,and the customer satisfaction is not high,Lack of motivation for new users and fierce competition.According to the summarized problems,this paper analyzes the causes of vipshop logistics cost control problems.Finally,based on the perspective of value chain,this paper puts forward corresponding control improvement suggestions for the problems existing in vipshop logistics cost control.Based on the perspective of internal value chain,it is suggested to formulate a reasonable procurement system and strengthen the management of procurement process;Strictly control the purchasing channels and improve the product quality;Strengthen information construction and formulate perfect reverse logistics policies;Reasonably plan the construction of storage facilities and improve the utilization rate of storage;Establish logistics cost control standard system and reduce logistics cost rate.Based on the perspective of vertical value chain,it is suggested to strengthen supplier qualification screening,expand customer groups and improve customer stickiness.Based on the perspective of horizontal value chain,it is suggested to explore new markets,innovate marketing models,carry out offline sales channels,improve the professional level of employees and improve the efficiency of after-sales service. |
