At present,Chinese economic development is getting better and better,but international competition has become more intense.With the disappearance of the demographic dividend and the deepening of economic transformation,Chinese economy can no longer maintain the trend of rapid growth as before,and,in the foreseeable future,it will gradually be in a state of slowing growth.How to survive and achieve great development in this situation is a question that every enterprise must think about.Cost management plays an important role in it.Traditional cost management pays too much attention to the short-term costs of enterprises,and cannot cope with the changes brought about by the changes in the current global economic environment and the adjustment of the internal structure of enterprises.A comprehensive analysis of enterprise costs from the perspective of the value chain,so that a comprehensive examination of enterprise costs can be made from a global perspective.The enterprise itself focuses on how to ensure sustainable cost reduction of the enterprise,from both internal and external value chains.Optimizing resource allocation,instead of considering how each part of the enterprise only reduces its own costs,which can allow the enterprise to save money,achieve coordination between the internal and external environments,and enhance the overall strength of the enterprise.In recent years,the rapid rise of online transactions,in addition to busy work,people are more willing to use fast and convenient online shopping to buy their daily needs items.At the same time,Chinese logistics industry is in a stage of rapid development,logistics industry in the national GDP The proportion in China is also increasing.The total cost of social logistics in China reached 13.3 trillion yuan in 2018,an increase of 9.8% year-on-year,and the growth rate was 0.7 percentage points higher than the same period of last year.The total cost of social logistics accounted for 14.8%of GDP,an increase of 0.2 percentage point from the same period of last year,Far higher than the proportion of Western countries less than 10%.Due to the low market access threshold,funds have poured into the logistics industry,resulting in increasingly fierce competition in my country's logistics industry.Doing a good job of cost control can,on the one hand,effectively reduce the costs of enterprises and increase their profits;on the other hand,it can transform the extensive management model of China's logistics industry into precise management,reduce the gap with the logistics industry of Western developed countries,and allow Of logistics companies have more advantages in international competition.This article uses a combination of literature research and case analysis to optimise and allocate resources within and outside the enterprise using value chain cost management during the cost management process of SF Holdings to reduce unnecessary losses and reduce energy consumption.And improve the efficiency of resource use,so as to maintain the long-term competitive advantage of the enterprise.Firstly,this article describes the background,significance and research ideas of the topic,and then the theory of cost management in the value chain.In the case section,the basic situation of SF Holdings is first introduced,and then from the value chain of the internal and external parts,focusing on the cost management strategy of SF Holdings based on the value chain.By analyzing how this case sports value chain cost management,we can conclude that it is inevitable for companies to implement value chain cost management,which can help companies see the shortcomings of the entire process cost management,thereby improving management efficiency and enhancing the company's core competitiveness.The value chain cost management of enterprises is in line with the needs of sustainable development.SF Holdings is a very well-developed logistics company in my country.This article studies its cost management strategy from the whole process of value addition.In terms of the internal value chain,SF Holdings built a smart logistics system,innovated management models and marketing strategies,and carried out human-oriented management,effectively reducing internal costs.In addition,in terms of external value chain,SF Holdings has established strategic alliances with upstream companies to build a customer-oriented supply chain,and through the analysis of the cost management of competitors' entire value chain process,we can learn from each other's strengths and make up shortcomings The management level of the enterprise.Through the analysis of the entire process of the cost in the value chain,SF Holdings' cost management has achieved good results,which are mainly manifested in:(1)realizing the scale operation of combining information and business;(2)optimizing the management model and reducing Management costs;(3)Improve the innovation to help enterprises modernize information construction;(3)focus on human resources;(4)cooperate with upstream and downstream enterprises to form strategic alliances.The beneficial practice of SF Holdings' cost management based on value chain provides reference materials for the development of other logistics enterprises in my country.From the perspective of value chain analysis,enterprises should not only consider the impact of their own value chain on cost,but also consider the impact of external environment on the cost of the enterprise.,Customers and competitors,and other factors to analyze the factors that may affect the cost of the enterprise in a comprehensive manner,so as to achieve comprehensive cost management.
