Research On Logistics Cost Management Optimization Of S Fresh Food Group From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

S group is a well-known food company in China,which is mainly engaged in meat processing.After many years of growth and operation,it has become an indispensable key enterprise supporting the economic development of the mainland.So,in the fierce market competition,how to establish a sound and consistent with the development of the supply chain structure,to ensure their leading position in the industry,is an urgent problem.In the current era,economic and technological progress has led to the accelerated development of enterprises,enterprises face more and more pressure to survive in the market,especially for manufacturing enterprises,because of the impact of Internet shopping,the realization of industrial transformation and the cost savings in the logistics process has become an important breakthrough to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Firstly,this paper analyzes the composition,accounting method and management mode of the logistics cost based on the supply chain of S fresh food group,and then puts forward the corresponding safeguard system for the logistics cost composition,accounting method and management model of S fresh food group.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the present situation of logistics cost management of S fresh group,finds out the problems existing in logistics cost management,finds a solution,and optimizes the logistics cost of enterprises;At last,it discusses the transformation of the traditional trade into the fresh e-commerce service industry by leveraging e-commerce.Based on the supply chain perspective,this paper tries to find the optimal choice of supply chain strategy that matches the current development situation of S fresh food group.
