Study On Logistic Costs Improvement Strategy Of Changsha BOSCH

With the economic globalization,the enterprises already face more and more competitive from other good enterprises,and more and more high requirements from its customers.Under the economic slowdown recent years,called as the first profit resource of reduction and savings on materials and called as the second profit resource of improvement of productivity are the 2 important ways used by enterprises on the cost reduction.They would be constrained by scientific technology level,so logistics would become a real third profit resource of enterprises and would play more important function in economic and social development.If enterprises would want to win the positive position in international competition,they need to start the improvement and reduction from the logistics costs.This thesis focus on the study on the logistics cost from Changsha Bosch.Firstly,industry environments Changsha Bosch faced are deeply analyzed.Secondly,the current logistics management and cost reality are described and analyzed deeply to found the problems and the key points of these problems.Carefully considered the trade-off relationship between elements of logistics,specific strategies for the reduction on these four main cost elements of transportation,duties,packages and capital costs are raised.Finally,in order to solve these high logistics cost problems,the safeguarding measures on the above-mentioned strategies are given.The study and practice of Changsha Bosch made on the logistics costs testified the important roles of logistics during enterprises' costs management and control,logistics already became as the real third profit resource of enterprises.These logistics management methods Bosch used,including the logistics costs recording,analyzing and reduction strategies which could be shared with the similar domestics enterprises for reference.Hopes this research to provide theoretical reference for the optimization of the same type of enterprise logistics cost.
