Since the Chinese Economic Reformation, the financial sector is fully liberalized, the competition in the industry is gradually internationalized. Also, the state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock banks expand rapidly, and competition for talent is becoming increasingly fierce, State-owned commercial Banks the brain drain is serious. In this context, it’s particularly important to explore the personnel training mode of the state-owned commercial bank.In this article, I sort out the existing literature about talent training, systematically explain the status of state-owned commercial banks on the talent training. This article trained new employees as research priorities, and we used SWOT to analyze the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of state-owned commercial bank personnel training in the perspective of the human capital theory. The innovation is in three aspects:Firstly, the "Red and Expert" is defined as the definition of state-owned commercial bank personnel; Secondly, in an act cases, the actual situation of recruiting inexperienced graduates, is demonstrated worthy of recognition; and thirdly, we made the evaluation on the effect of turning new employees into the general personnel, core talents. The main deficiency of this article is in three aspects:firstly, the amount of samples of data research is limited, and empirical analysis also needs to be expanded in the latter research.
