| In recent years,with the expansion of local commercial banks and the rise of Internet finance,the competition in the regional,online and offline financial industry has intensified.Jn rural commercial bank is an epitome of the development and reform of China’s rural commercial banks.The changes in the internal and external environment and the intensification of regional competition urge it to pay attention to talent training,strengthen process control and fine management.The core link is to establish and improve scientific,reasonable Efficient performance appraisal system.Taking jn rural commercial bank as the research object,this paper clarifies the bank’s business performance,performance appraisal status,internal organizational structure,post functions and so on.According to the actual situation of performance appraisal of JN rural commercial bank,this paper summarizes some prominent problems existing in the implementation process,deeply analyzes the causes of these problems,studies the specific factors affecting the implementation of performance appraisal,and then puts forward the scheme of optimizing the design of the existing performance appraisal system.Combined with the knowledge of performance management,first make a simple comparative analysis of the performance appraisal methods,study the characteristics,applicable objects,advantages and disadvantages of each method,and then combine them to become the most suitable tool for the performance appraisal of JN rural commercial bank.The optimization scheme puts forward the principles and core points that must be observed in the optimization,and adopts the design concept of differentiation and process.Put forward the optimization path from the three levels of branches,functional departments and bank posts,focusing on the optimization and improvement of assessment indicators and their weights,assessment cycle and implementation process,assessment feedback and result application.The optimized assessment scheme can basically cover all branches and posts of JN rural commercial bank,especially the implementation countermeasures for the two indicators of loan and deposit,which is more operational and feasible.In order to make the assessment results more scientific,fair and reasonable,fully reflect the assessment objectives of distribution according to work and reward based on performance,and promote employees to improve their work initiative and enthusiasm.In the last chapter,we should improve the performance appraisal system and ensure the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system. |
