In recent years,with the sinking of large banks,the rapid development of Internet finance,the continuous upgrading of interest rate liberalization,the economic downturn,the impact of the epidemic and other factors,the banking competition has been further intensified.Faced with multiple pressures and challenges such as the complicated external development environment,increasing difficulties in internal staff management and insufficient motivation of staff,Rural Commercial Bank,as the main force of rural financial institutions,cannot avoid how to hold its own position in the fierce competition and achieve long-term development.In all the control means,the employee performance appraisal management has full advantages,naturally become the bank internal mechanism of the first choice.How to further optimize the employee performance appraisal system,fully mobilize the initiative of employees,so as to achieve the purpose of strategic goals,has become a key work of current research.This paper takes LC Rural Commercial Bank as an example,using questionnaire survey,literature research,comparative research and other relevant research methods,and first briefly introduces its current performance appraisal practice and application.Through the analysis of the current performance appraisal system of LC Rural Commercial Bank,it is found that LC Rural Commercial Bank has some problems in performance appraisal:low participation of employees in the appraisal indicators,lack of comprehensiveness and scientificity in the setting of indicators The application of assessment results is not strong,and the assessment process lacks feedback and communication;The management of LC Rural Commercial Bank has insufficient understanding of the performance appraisal,the appraisal index system does not match the bank’s strategic objectives,the appraisal process lacks communication and feedback,the performance appraisal results are not closely related to the reward and punishment system,and the financial technology information system lacks support.In view of these problems,by comparing and referring to the performance appraisal systems of banks at home and abroad,this paper proposes a performance appraisal optimization implementation plan of LC Rural Commercial Bank,which optimizes and improves the original performance appraisal plan from the aspects of performance appraisal indicators,indicator weights,communication feedback and results application.Finally,in view of the improved scheme of LC Rural Commercial Bank’s employee performance appraisal,a guarantee system is established from the aspects of system,technology,culture,etc.to ensure the implementation effect.
