Research On The Improvement Of Informatization Tax Service Quality Of Y Tax Bureau

In recent years,with the deepening of the reform of the tax system,the tax bureau’s awareness of tax service has been continuously improved.Among them,information-based tax service has become the key factor to optimize tax service and improve tax efficiency.For a long time,the information-based tax service of the tax bureau has been a topic of concern for researchers at home and abroad.However,with the continuous improvement of China’s vertical management mode,the municipal information-based tax service gradually plays a key role in connecting the preceding and the following in the tax system,and has gradually become a hot issue of research.This thesis takes the informatization tax service of Y Tax Bureau as the research object,analyzes the current situation of informatization tax service of Y tax bureau,excavates the influencing factors of informatization tax service satisfaction,and provides some ideas and reference for optimizing the informatization tax service of Y tax bureau.Combined with the actual situation of informatization tax service of Y tax bureau,the informatization tax service satisfaction scale of Y tax bureau is designed,and the influencing factors of informatization tax service satisfaction of Y tax bureau are discussed from five aspects: personnel allocation,business handling,tax consultation,policy guidance and rights and interests maintenance by using structural equation model,This thesis analyzes the problems existing in the informatization tax service of Y tax bureau,such as the relative imbalance of personnel allocation,the lack of business handling ability,the poor effect of consulting,the limited strength of policy guidance,and the lag in the maintenance of rights and interests,and then puts forward the countermeasures to improve the quality of informatization tax service of Y tax bureau.
