Research On The Impact Of Resource Patchwork On The Growth Of New Ventures From The Perspective Of Environmental Dynamics

Nowadays,innovation has been our country’s core strategy,and “Let innovation lead development” has become an important topic of the “Two Sessions” in 2020.In the context of the era led by innovation,resource-intensive and labor-intensive companies that rely solely on resources and labor for operations have gradually faded out of the historical stage,and new ventures with innovation as the main source of power have been also born and are actively practicing Innovation-driven development concept.However,due to its limited resources,it is often trapped in the dilemma of resource shortage.Therefore,in order to promote the healthy growth of new ventures,how to overcome the pain points of resource shortage has become the main source of obstacles for new ventures.Existing research shows that resource patchwork can effectively avoid this problem,and in this process can drive the operation of dual innovation paths and the development of good opportunities,thereby promoting the growth of new ventures.In addition,the consideration of environmental dynamics is also an important element to ensure the ideal and orderly progress of the entire process.Therefore,research on the relationship between resource patchwork,dual innovation,opportunity development,environmental dynamics and the growth of new ventures has both value and significance for the steady growth of new ventures.This paper,based on the perspective of environmental dynamics,studies the impact of resource patchwork on the growth of new ventures,and the relationship among these research variables in the process.First and foremost,through a detailed combing of the domestic and foreign research literature existing in this field,the paper defines the relevant theories one by one,and some variables are subdivided into dimensional categories.Furtheremore,on this basis,the relationship between the variables is explored,and corresponding research hypotheses are proposed and research model is constructed.After that,through the questionnaire collection data,depending on the analysis of SPSS26.0 and AMOS25.0,the empirical research is analyzed and tested,and the research results are obtained,and the enlightenment is condensed based on the results.Eventually,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the growth of new ventures.The research results are as follows:(1)Resource patchwork has a significant positive impact on the growth of new ventures;(2)Resource patchwork has a significant positive impact on dual innovation and opportunity development;(3)Dual innovation and opportunity development respectively have significant impacts on the growth of new ventures;(4)Dual innovation plays an intermediary role between resource patchwork and the growth of new ventures;(5)Opportunity development play an intermediary role between resource patchwork and the growth of new ventures;(6)Environmental dynamics plays a positive role in the impact of resource patchwork on the growth of new ventures;(7)Environmental dynamics plays a positive role in the impact of resource patchwork on dual innovation;(8)Environmental dynamics plays a positive role in the impact of resource patchwork on opportunity development.
