The Research On The Relationship Among Innovation Network Resource Integration, Dual Innovation And Innovation Performance Of Manufacturing Enterprises

Enterprises are the micro-foundation of the national economy,to a great extent,which largely determines the vitality of the economy,especially manufacturing enterprises.At present,China's economic development has entered the "new normal" stage,and manufacturing enterprises have begun to upgrade from the extensive development of scale efficiency and labor factor dependence to the "innovation-driven" transformation.At the same time,many breakthrough and disruptive technologies are emerging,and the growing consumer demand makes the external environment facing the company full of uncertainty.At present,many studies have focused on manufacturing innovation,including innovative development models,dynamic mechanisms and obstacles.For manufacturing companies,relying on their innovative resource integration capabilities can promote existing technology improvements and product upgrades as well as new product development,new market development,and thus improve innovation efficiency and efficiency.Therefore,exploring the causal relationship between innovation network resource integration,dual innovation and innovation performance is of great significance for improving the innovation momentum of manufacturing.At the same time,environmental uncertainty as a key situational factor can affect the smooth development of corporate innovation activities to a certain extent.Many scholars have discussed the role of environmental uncertainty.Therefore,based on the Chinese situation and the characteristics of the times,combined with the status quo of innovation and development of China's manufacturing industry,this paper constructs a conceptual model between innovation network resource integration,dual innovation,environmental uncertainty and innovation performance,and discusses the relationship between innovation network resource integration,dual innovation and innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises under uncertain environment,in order to promote the innovation and development of manufacturing enterprises from theory and practice.Based on the theories of innovation network,resource integration,environmental uncertainty and dual innovation,this paper investigates the relevant data of innovation and upgrade of China's manufacturing enterprises,and empirically tests the hypothesis model with SPSS and AMOS software.The conclusions and innovations of this paper are as follows:Firstly,it clarifies the connotation and dimensions of concepts such as innovation network resource integration,dual innovation,and innovation performance.And improves the measurement table of innovation network resource integration.It expands the related theoretical research of resource integration.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical and literature review,combined with resource-based theory,open innovation theory and other researches,this paper empirically test the impact of manufacturing enterprise innovation network resource integration on innovation performance,and find the mediating effects of dual innovation(exploration innovation and exploitation innovation).Therefore,this paper has enriched the research on innovation network resource integration and innovation performance,and expanded the path of manufacturing enterprise innovation.Finally,this paper reveals the situational factors that influence manufacturing companies to carry out innovative practices.At the same time,it discusses the role of environmental uncertainty in enterprise innovation,and provides theoretical and practical value for the innovation and development of China's manufacturing enterprises.
