Innovation is the first of the five major development concepts in China.Today,with popular entrepreneurship and innovation,companies often need to coordinate the development of exploration and exploitation,that is,exploring new directions of the enterprise while integrating existing resources for in-depth development and achieving ambidexterity to sustainably develop the enterprise.More and more academic research explores the significance of ambidexterity for companies.However,the influencing factors of ambidexterity in the enterprise have not been determined in a unified way in the past research,especially at the organizational,individual,and environmental levels.At the organizational level,different types of organizational culture will affect the product of the enterprise's innovation activities,but when the enterprise balances the development of different types of organizational culture,there is a lack of research on the mechanism of the dual innovation of the enterprise.At the individual level,some studies have found that executive motives of executives have a significant impact on corporate activities and performance,but how to influence corporate exploration innovation activities and development innovation activities in the adjustment focus of executive motivation for senior executives needs to be carried out further research.At the environmental level,under the rapid and rapid development of China's economic environment,how environmental dynamics can moderate ambidexterity and performance has not been consistently proven.Moreover,the integration of the effects of both the organizational level and the individual level and the adjustment of the environmental level need to be explored for ambidexterity.In addition,the relationship between dual innovation and corporate performance is due to the geographical differences in sample selection and the differences in the stage of development of the company.Scholars have different conclusions.Based on this,this article will focus on China's current economic environment,using environmental dynamics as a constraint factor to study the relationship between senior management's regulatory focus and corporate cultural equilibrium and ambidexterity,conduct empirical research,and in-depth exploration of ambidexterity.It also studies the relationship between ambidexterity and performance in the Chinese environment.In this study,a questionnaire survey was used to investigate many domestic innovative companies in China.Polynomial regression analysis and three-dimensional curve response were used to study the effects of organizational culture balance,leader's regulatory focus on innovation strategies,and environmental dynamic.Results: 1.promotion focus has a positive effect on exploration,and prevention focus has a positive effect on exploitation.Environmental dynamics as a constraint mechanism has a weakening effect on it.2.Clan culture and adhocracy culture have positive effects on exploration.Hierarchical culture and market culture have positive effects on exploitation.3.exploration,exploitation and ambidexterity all have a significant impact on organizational market performance.
