In recent years,with the improvement of communication technology and the automation level,power grid companies have got rid of the long-term manual meter reading mode,and have begun to adopt low-voltage centralized meter reading technology to realize remote automatic reading of electric meters.Compared with traditional manual meter reading,low-voltage centralized reading improves meter reading efficiency,ensures power accuracy,and reduces labor costs,so that power grid companies can better provide customers with power supply services.Although low-voltage centralized reading technology has been widely promoted,and power supply companies have also added special centralized reading teams,there are still many factors for operation and maintenance that cause the success rate of meter reading to be unsatisfactory.The power grid company is a heavy-asset enterprise,and the cost of equipment usage is high.It is necessary to optimize the management of the equipment to achieve economical efficiency when the success rate of meter reading is improved.Therefore,this paper aims to study the reasons for the unsatisfactory success rate of meter reading in the process of low-voltage centralized reading,analyze the possible influencing factors,and finally obtain the result of the degree of influence.Based on this result,the equipment and personnel management can be improved.Improve the success rate of meter reading at low cost.This paper describes the importance of low-voltage centralized reading by introducing the concept of low-voltage centralized reading and the current research status at home and abroad,and analyzes it through research methods.Next,it introduces the low-voltage centralized reading system and management theory in detail,which provides a theoretical basis for the analysis below.Then,through the introduction of the current situation of the low-voltage centralized reading team and the meter management of the power supply station in a specific area,it analyzes the situation of system problems,equipment problems,and signal problems,and puts forward the personnel influencing factors and on-site influencing factors that affect the success rate of meter reading through the fishbone diagram.Then,from the previous analysis,the field factors were selected for regression analysis,and the influence degree of each factor was obtained.Finally,the strategy of improving the success rate is proposed to improve the cost-effectiveness and the optimization strategy of personnel management,and then ensure the effective implementation of the strategy through the PDCA cycle theory.This paper studies the personnel and equipment management issues that affect the success rate of low-voltage centralized reading through a series of innovative research methods.Helping power supply units to provide constructive advice in the process of operation and maintenance,improve the quality of meter collection,greatly improve the cost control of low-voltage centralized reading operation and maintenance,and have strong practical value.There are three main innovations:(1)Comprehensively sort out the lowvoltage centralized reading system through the three aspects of system,equipment and communication methods,analyze the influencing factors in the system and on-site aspects,and provide new insights for the analysis of centralized reading work of power supply units.ideas.(2)The multiple linear regression was applied to the analysis of the factors affecting the success rate of meter reading,and the subjective judgment was transformed into quantitative analysis.The degree of influence of the influencing factors on the success rate of meter reading was clarified,and a regression model was obtained.From the perspective of specific quantitative values Provide guidance for the analysis of the influencing factors of low-voltage centralized reading.(3)Propose a practical improvement strategy,and propose a plan to optimize the organizational structure and integrate the work responsibilities of personnel according to the impact of the system;propose a plan to protect equipment and materials and reduce losses according to different external conditions on site,to prevent the success rate of meter reading when the equipment is damaged.In view of the different construction conditions of on-site personnel,it is proposed to improve the success rate of meter reading by optimizing the combination method with less installation cost of concentrators and improving the skill level of personnel. |
