In recent years,the traditional pipeline gas market due to the impact of LNG point supply,accelerated the industry restructuring.Gas source units put forward to expand and strengthen the terminal market,gas companies face huge market competition.In order to improve enterprise benefits and enhance the competitive strength of the enterprise,gas companies need to do a good job in the management of pipeline gas supply,consumption and sales.As the main business of gas companies,meter reading business is closely related to the management of gas supply and sales.As for J gas company in J city,due to the diversification of external supply and marketing relationship and the surge of internal users,the performance management system of the company’s meter reading business can no longer match the existing management system of gas supply and marketing difference,and the terminal collection of user data chain is faced with many challenges.In order to solve the problem of J gas company,the research should focus on the timeliness and accuracy of user data collection.By improving the performance management system of meter reading business of J gas company,the supply and marketing difference can be reduced and the supply and marketing difference can be reduced.At present,there are few researches on improving performance management system of gas enterprises.Therefore,based on relevant performance appraisal theory,this paper adopts data collection and interview method,combines the regional characteristics and enterprise characteristics of J city to diagnose and analyze the problems existing in the performance management system of meter reading business of J gas company,and puts forward corresponding improvement plans.At the same time,according to the current situation of enterprise management,explore the performance management system improvement measures for meter reading business.This paper is composed of five parts.The introduction is the first chapter,which aims to introduce the background and significance of this study,and elaborate the purpose,content and method of this study.The second chapter mainly introduces the concept of performance related and the common methods of performance appraisal.The third chapter first introduces the current situation of J gas company and the basic situation of meter reading team,and then elaborates the current situation of performance management of the company and meter reading business and the problems in the performance management system through data collection and interview.The fourth chapter mainly aims at the problems in the performance management system of meter reading business of J gas company,applies the knowledge of performance management,proposes effective solutions to solve the problems,and forms an optimization scheme of meter reading business performance management system with unit characteristics.The fifth chapter is a summary of the full text,and a comparative analysis of the performance appraisal program before and after the improvement is made to summarize the areas needing improvement and deficiencies,as well as the harvest of this paper and the prospect of the follow-up work.
