Research On Voltage Qualified Rate Management Decision Of Kunming Power Supply Bureau

Voltage is not only one of the important indexes of power quality, but also one of the important indexes of management level of the electric power enterprise. As science technology, the automation level and information level have greatly improved, the shortcomings of management is gradually emerged. It has become a urgent task to explore a meticulous management form that is suitable for managing voltage quality and improve voltage qualification rate.Based on Kunming Electric Power Bureau and analyzing a large number of relevant theoretical research home and abroad, This article analyzes the present situation of voltage qualification rate of management with the elaborating management and PDCA cycle management theory of knowledge to find out the problems existing in organization structure, management and analysis for voltage qualification rate fluctuation and the management in voltage qualification rate. It confirms the aim to set up the management platform for meticulous management of voltage quality, and presents the main countermeasures for improving the management level for voltage qualification rate. It puts forward the improvement for the managenment level of Kunming Electric Power Bureau by completing and refining the organization of the management for the voltage quality, developing the management system of voltage qualification rate, optimaizing the analysis and accurate statistics of voltage qualification rate completing the management and control of voltage fluctuation and improving the ability of closed-loop management of valtage quality.
